Refund/Return Policy

Digital Card

Once activated, digital health cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Physical Card

Physical cards are non-returnable once delivered. However, replacements are allowed in case of loss or damage (subject to replacement fees).

Service Quality Complaints

If a user experiences a discrepancy or unsatisfactory service at a partner facility, they must raise the issue with MedXol Support within 7 working days. MedXol will mediate and assist in resolution but does not guarantee refunds for third-party services.

Unauthorized Charges

If you identify an unauthorized charge, report it immediately for investigation and potential corrective action.
